1. Be careful with Marker βœ’ink never smell it or rub it with naked handsπŸ‘‹πŸ». It sometimes reacts and lands u in dry cough and breathing difficulty.

2. Always breath properly while delivering session. It helps to channel respiration properly.

3. Never speak with dry articulators. Always keep them moist. Regular water, fruits πŸ‘πŸ“πŸ‰πŸ‡πŸŠπŸπŸŽπŸ‹πŸŒπŸˆand liquids🍹🍸 consumption will help u in that.

4. Never smoke 🚬before sessions it kills your vocal cords.

5. Never stand πŸ‘«in fort of projection. Mind you! it can sometimes lead to nightmare πŸ‘»skin diseases and damage your eyeπŸŽƒ .

6. Always maintain one hand distance from participants.

don’t get excited! It mitigates the spread of contagious flu.

7. Its OK to sit in session for sometime, do not spoil your feet for some stupid body language rule.

8.Always have a break in two hours.πŸ“’ and plz come out of those breathers let me be a good 15 to 20 mins break. World will not go down if you extend your break for few minutes. 😜😎

9. After session avoid consuming anything hot β˜•πŸ΅or cold🍧🍦 instead drink some water.

10. Always consider doing articulatoryπŸ‘ƒπŸ»πŸ‘… exercises and read aloud exercises for 10 Mins daily.
